Why the name change?

Our name change to Helm Tax and Advisory Group simply reflects the shift in services provided by our firm. As our new name indicates, we will be nuancing our business model by providing tax advisory services to an elite number of clients. Helm’s new business model allows us a greater focus on you, our important clients. 

Over the past year, the firm narrowed its focus to providing intimate tax advisory services. Our team wanted to be able to connect with each client in order to provide them with a more personalized financial direction. Now, as Helm Tax and Advisory Group, we have the capacity to give premium guidance.

Our Partners, Richard Lynch, Celeste Miller, John King and Dick King have been with the firm for decades and they will continue to provide seasoned counsel and quality services. Our team is prepared to navigate you through the increasingly unpredictable and volatile financial sector.

Many of you have been with us for decades and we are grateful for your confidence in all that we do. While our name has changed, our core values have not. We are confident that transitioning to Helm Tax and Advisory Group will allow us to take our value for quality, excellence, and guidance to the next level.
