RICHARD T. LYNCH, CPA
Shareholder
Richard has an emphasis in audit and management advisory services. He is a graduate of Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada. Richard joined PSBK (now HELM) in June 1996 and became a shareholder in December 2003.
CELESTE MILLER, CPA
Shareholder
Celeste has an emphasis in tax matters and managerial advisory services. She has been with the firm since 2000 and became a shareholder in April 2015. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and received her Masters of Professional Accountancy from Clemson University.
JOHN P. KING, CPA
Shareholder
John has an emphasis in tax matters, audit, and management advisory services. He is a graduate of Clemson University where he received a Masters of Professional Accountancy. John joined the firm in 2011 and became a shareholder in July 2019.
